AI that actually works in your business.
We help companies put AI into the actual work, not the code. We look at how your business runs today, then we find the few places where AI pays back fastest.
What you get at the end is a deployment that runs, and a set of numbers your CFO can defend.
Four rules.
Every engagement.
Not aspirations. Rules. Each one defines a kind of project we won't take.
We look at the work before we propose anything technical
First we understand the workflow, the constraints, the people who own each step. Then we work out where AI actually helps, not where it sounds impressive. What we recommend comes out of what we find, not out of a product catalogue.
We aim for quick wins, not multi-year programmes
We pick specific workflows with a measurable payoff on a short timeline. Multi-year transformation programmes rarely survive contact with reality, so we don't propose them.
We build without overspending
We don't use frontier models when smaller ones do the job. We don't build custom infrastructure when managed services hold up. The goal is a cost basis you can defend, not an architecture that looks good on a CV.
We say no when AI doesn't pay off
If a workflow won't benefit from AI, we say so. We tell you to wait, or to do the underlying process work first. It isn't a sales line. We don't bill for projects that shouldn't happen.
Three concrete deliverables.
No discovery deck. No transformation roadmap. What we hand over is operational from day one.
A working deployment
One or two workflows running in production with measurement wired in. The cost basis written down, the model choice explained, fallback paths in place.
An operating runbook
How the deployment gets monitored, when to escalate, how to retire and replace it. Written so your owner can run it without us in the room.
An economic baseline
Per-call cost, per-outcome cost, a real estimate of where it breaks even. The numbers your finance team needs to defend the spend.
Where do you stand with AI today?
Tell us how your business runs and where you think AI could help. We'll come back with a scoped engagement, or with an honest reason why now isn't the time.
